• How do I get my CDs to you? After you place your order, and it has been confirmed, CD to Digital will send you all the materials you will need to ship your CD collection to us: heavy-duty box, CD-spindles, packing material, tape to seal the box, a pre-paid UPS shipping label, and complete shipping instructions. Simply place your CDs in the spindles as directed, and seal the box. Drop your package off at any authorized UPS shipping facility, or give it to a UPS driver. |

• Will my original CDs be returned? Yes, we will ship your original CD collection back to you, along with your new music library. Your CDs are insured for a replacement value of $12 per CD. All shipments are handled and insured by UPS. |

No, we only ship within the United States.
