• How long will it take to process my order?

After receiving your collection, average size orders will be processed within 5 business days. Larger orders may take a little longer. Shipments will take approximately 2-5 days.

• Do you keep a copy of my collection?

No, we do not keep or store copies of your music files. It is illegal for us to do so. We do record and keep a list of the names of the CDs we have converted for you.

• How do you handle damaged or scratched CDs?

Error-checking is incorporated into our encoding process. If we are unable to convert a CD due to dirt or scratches, we will attempt to repair the surface of the disc by using disc-cleaning and disc-repairing tools, and then process it again. Badly scratched or damaged CDs that are not repairable, will be returned to you with a label stating that the CD was too damaged to convert. You will still be charged for processing these CDs.

• What types of CDs cannot be converted?

CD to Digital can only copy Red Book audio CDs, which are standard audio CDs produced by the original record labels. We cannot convert:
-CDs containing a copy protected device
      -Custom-made, copied, or compiled CDs
      -Badly scratched or damaged CDs

CDs that you have created, or CDs created by someone else and given to you, will be returned to you, unprocessed. You will still be charged for processing these CDs.

•  What is DataFix™?

DataFix™ is a process that inspects and fixes the metadata for you, giving you complete and consistent song information. Please see our DataFix page.

•  Can you apply your Datafix™ process to CDs that have already been converted to a
    digital format?

No, we cannot apply this process to files already in a digital format. We need to do it during the encoding process.
