• What are the costs involved? We charge per CD, and the cost depends on format and the bit-rate you choose. |

• What is included in the per CD charge? -Shipping Kit (shipping box, CD-spindles, packing material, tape, pre-printed shipping label, instructions) -Complete music collection on DVD-R discs in your chosen format(s) -Laser-printed color index that includes artist, album cover, and a complete list of songs -3-ring binder for organizing your index and DVD music collection Please see our You Get page for more details.

• Do you offer bulk discounts? Yes we do. We offer a .05 discount per CD on orders of 500 CDs or more. |

• What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal. |

• When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. The amount charged for CD conversion is based on the number of CDs entered in the online order form. If the actual number of CDs processed differs from the amount stated, you will be charged or refunded accordingly. If we do not receive your CDs within 30 days of your order date, we will will refund all but $25 charged to your credit card. The $25 charge is for the cost of the shipping and packaging materials sent to you.
