• What type of media will my converted collection be delivered on? There are two ways to have your collection returned to you: 1. DVD Archive only DVDs are included in the per CD charge for all formats (MP3 and FLAC) See the You Get page for complete information about what comes with the per CD charge. 2. DVD Archive + Plug & Play External Hard Drive During the ordering process, you are given the option of purchasing an external hard drive. This option includes receiving your music on the DVD Archive discs for back-up, as well as your Please see our Services page for complete information about the hard drives we sell. |

• What is the advantage of having my music delivered on a hard drive? A hard drive is worth considering if your computer has limited hard disc space. By plugging the hard drive into a USB port on your computer, you can have immediate access to your music collection. |

• Can I purchase a hard drive from you? Yes, during the ordering process, you are given the option of purchasing an external hard drive. You choose the size hard drive you want, and your computer platform (Mac or PC). We offer the following hard drive sizes: 80 GB, 160 GB, 250 GB, 320, 500 GB, and 1 TB. Prices vary, depending on size, and are listed on the Service page. If you purchase a hard drive from us, we will format it and load it with your entire digital music library at no extra cost. |

• How do I know what size hard drive to order?
The charts below tell approximately how much storage (in GB) is needed to store your music files. |

• What type of DVDs do you use to deliver my collection? CD to Digital saves your music collection to high-quality DVD-R discs. DVD-Rs are compatible with most of the newer computers. If your drive supports DVD+R (and not DVD-R), please let us know, and we will archive to DVD+R discs instead.

• How do I know if my computer reads DVDs?
You can tell by looking for the DVD logo on the front of the drive. |
